I always knew looking back on my tears would bring me laughter, but I never knew looking back on my laughter would make me cry.

I chose that quote because my best friend is being deployed to Afganistan in December. The next two months are going to be grueling for myself, as well as him and his family. I know that he will return, and that it is going to be a long 400 days. But I find myself thinking back on silly things we've done and crying over them. I'm going to miss him terribly.

   omg i know how you feel! my best friend is being deployed to cuba i believe this friday =( 5 days before my birthday! So that quote just hit home big time. Thanks for sharing!
